A free walk of your lawn with a written plan: what the turf needs, what it does not, and an honest, itemized estimate.
Every healthy lawn starts with a look at the actual grass, not a guess from a street view. Our free consultation begins with a walk of your property: we check the turf type, thin spots, weeds, soil firmness, shade, drainage and the way water moves across the yard. In Nashville and the surrounding communities, lawns vary a great deal from one street to the next, with tall fescue in front yards, bermuda or zoysia in sunny corners and compacted clay almost everywhere, so a plan has to fit the lawn in front of you.
After the walk we explain what we saw in plain words and show you the options, from a simple fertilization and weed control program to aeration, overseeding, pest control or mowing. You receive a written, itemized estimate that lists each service, the timing and what is and is not included. There is no pressure and no obligation, and if your lawn only needs a little help we will tell you so. Our goal is that you understand the plan completely before you decide anything.
Turf type, shade, slope, soil, drainage, irrigation and the condition of the beds all shape what the lawn needs. We check every one.
A play yard, a show lawn and a rental property need different plans. We ask about kids, pets, entertaining and budget.
You see the basic path and the premium path side by side, with honest notes on what each one changes.
Your estimate lists services, timing and products in categories, so you can compare it with any other bid fairly.
